Bronze Support

Bronze support is provided by email and from Monday to Friday (not bank holidays), 8am to 6pm we plan to answer you within 3 hours or less.

Silver Support

Silver support is provided by phone and remote access in addition to email (same hours as Bronze and we plan to resolve your issue within 3 hours or less.

Gold Support

Gold support has all the features of the features of Silver, but where your problems requires onsite support we will be with you the next business day. Same hours as Bronze and Silver.

Platinum Support

Platinum support has all the features of Gold support but extends the support hours to 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays, and we can be onsite within 3 hours.

Includes AI support for 25 applications. Please note: Staff training is not included in the support fee.

Online and telephone AI training: £60 per hour. Onsite AI training: £125 for the first hour, £75 per hour thereafter
