Ideal for businesses with straightforward IT needs, our Bronze Support provides reliable assistance through our online ticketing system. Simply submit your detailed support requests, and our technical team will respond within 3 business hours or less. This efficient, cost-effective solution ensures your technical issues are addressed promptly without unnecessary overhead, keeping your business running smoothly with minimal disruption.


Silver Support: Direct Communication & Real-Time Guidance

Our Silver Support enhances the Bronze package by offering direct communication channels, including both telephone and online support during business hours. This personalized approach allows for real-time troubleshooting and technical guidance from our experienced support team. Silver Support is perfect for businesses requiring more immediate assistance and the reassurance of speaking directly with a technical expert who can quickly understand and resolve all your IT challenges.


Gold Support: Onsite Assistance & Rapid Recovery

Gold Support builds upon our Silver tier by adding next business day onsite technical assistance within a 60-mile radius of our KT4 8BA office, alongside telephone and online support. This comprehensive package also includes same-day disaster recovery services within 6 hours or less to minimize downtime in critical situations. Gold Support is designed for businesses where technology plays a vital role in daily operations and rapid resolution of complex issues is essential.

Gold Support is available in the following postcodes: KT, TW, GU, RH, SM, CR, BR, UB, SW, W, WC, EC, E, N, NW, SE, ME, CT, RG, SL, WD, TN, SS, HA, DA, BN, IG, EN, RM, SG, LU.

An additional charge of 20% applies to clients within the London Congestion Charge.


Platinum Support: Elite Service & Uninterrupted Continuity

Our premium Platinum Support package delivers the highest level of service with an expedited three-hour onsite response within our coverage area and immediate disaster recovery assistance. This elite service ensures your business experiences minimal disruption, even during serious technical emergencies. If we cannot fix your PC(s) onsite, we can provide loan PC(s) while yours are repaired. Like all our packages, Platinum operates Monday-Friday, 8 am-6 pm (excluding bank holidays), but can be upgraded to 24/7 coverage through our Support Enhancements menu, which also offers options for loan PCs and servers to maintain business continuity.

Platinum Support is available in the following postcodes: KT, TW, GU, RH, SM, CR, BR, UB, SW, W, WC, EC, E, N, NW, SE.
